3 Billing & Payments

• All website builds require a deposit.
• Monthly plans auto-renew every 30 days.
• Failed payments may lead to suspension of service.

4 Refunds

• No refunds after design work has begun.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable.

5 Website Launch & Access

• Website goes live once final payment is made.
• Ownership transfers to the client upon full payment.
• Hosting remains under the company unless transferred via paid migration.

6 Content Policies

Clients may not host illegal or harmful content. Violations result in termination.

7 Service Availability

The company aims for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

8 Liability Limitations

The company is not liable for damages from:

• Website downtime
• Hacks
• Server failure
• Third-party issues

Maximum liability is limited to the last 90 days of payments.

9 Termination

Either party may terminate service with 30 days' written notice.
